Contact form submissions. When you complete the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, country and any message you write. We use this to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you request a quote or contract, pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b)).

Website analytics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use this site (page views, country, browser). No personal identifiers are stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested in server logs for security and operational purposes. These are retained for a short period and are not used for profiling.

3. How we store and share your data

Contact form data is sent to us by email and stored securely. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) — for website operation. Netlify is GDPR-compliant.
• Email service providers — for internal communication only.
• Legal or regulatory authorities — if required by applicable law.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request, and for up to three years thereafter unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
